Tiny Grit® & Tiny Demon®
Tiny Demon® is a subconscious anti-fractal that makes us procrastinate tasks that have no immediate benefit or overdo tasks that bring momentary pleasure. It keeps us in survival mode (BAU or SLA mode) and holds us from moving to transformation mode.
Tiny Grit® is the subconscious fractal which enables us to develop the will power needed to defeat the Tiny Demon® and persist on the path of Transformation without getting distracted by the Tiny Demon®.
CQA® [Curiosity Question Asked]
Effective questioning is a key soft skill for most job functions. With curiosity used as both a method and a mindset, we can discover bottom-of-the-iceberg emotions and intentions, spurring sustainable change and growth.

PUX – Performance Undersupply®
Our Performance Undersupply® Xray (PUX) tool spotlights less-than-ideal performance of a system that is not yet seen as a problem – bottom of the iceberg. The PUX can help highlight the steps that offer the highest leverage for a transformative Extreme Pivot®.
Digital Dipstick
Digital Dipstick is a Digital Transformation tool that can help pinpoint the best digital options that can be deployed for any given scenario, within the limited constraints of time and resources.
Future Making
Future Making is a fractal used to generate possibilities – it is our method to envision futuristic solutions. We classify the future into Near, Past and Far. Near Future are technologies and techniques that exist but not available to our customers. Past Future are technologies and techniques that have been available, but not adopted on a large scale. Far Future are those developments that are so far out that we do not know when firms can adopt them. We can then connect the dots and create viable and pioneering solutions.
It is not possible to predict the future. But there is a method to make it

Possibility Filter
The Possibility Filter is used to identify the MVP that needs to be executed. Once all the possibilities are listed, the tool can be used to rate the resources in hand and the method needed to carry out the task, and thus easily determine which tasks or MVP are most ideal to complete. The Possibility Filter can be downloaded from hipoha.com.
Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Loop
The MVP loop is all about giving life to an idea – with emphasis always on getting results and making things happen in quick and short cycles, and not merely ideating. This approach involves guiding the limited resources available into actions, so that results are evident within three weeks. The MVP is run on a loop and tweaked each time until the expected transformational outcome is reached. Given that there is always a constraint of resources, this method helps design outcomes within ANY available budget and time.

UPSA – Digital Storytelling
This is a simple storytelling technique which can be used to pitch an idea, a possibility or a solution, woo the audience [be it an individual, a team or a customer], and gain their support and perspective. Starting a pitch or message quoting a Problem, and then stating the Solution and Achievement will widen influence and make change management easier.
In addition, adding an Unusual element to P or S or A will bring about emotion, insight and learning. That is UPSA.
